going to a wedding reception tonight at the oriental hotel. i wanna curl my hair but i still don't know how to use a curling iron :( gah! can anybody help?

i'm also going to take some french lessons starting next month. it's so cheap! 3750 baht for 30 hours at Alliance Francaise. should be fun! let me know if you're interested too.

i went shopping with Nick yesterday for his shirts and trousers. i think he looks cute in proper work clothes. he's so lucky that he's tall and lean, it's so easy for him to look good in anything.

Topshop at CentralWorld

Last Saturday I went to Topshop at Centralworld but boy was I disappointed. I was actually looking forward to this new shopping venue in Bangkok because I’ve heard that it was similar to H&M but slightly better. Anyway, I didn’t like it. I thought the material looked and felt cheap for the price. It was like this shop called Cotton On in Australia with the only difference being that I like Cotton On because it was cheap but Topshop being almost as pricey as Zara or MNG. And it wasn’t the price that bugged me I guess but the selection of clothes there. Still, I wish they brought in H&M instead.

New Washing Machine

Finally bought a Panasonic 8 KG washing machine. Now I don't need to haul my dirty clothes to my parent's house during the weekend any more. What a relief!

I was contemplating between the Samsung 6.5 KG one, which was on sale for 5,990 baht and this one for 9,990 baht.

I probably would've gone for the cheaper one but since my dad bought it for me, and because my mom insisted on getting a bigger one, I chose the Panasonic one instead. It's being delivered today. My brother also suggested that I get a dryer, but I said no... It's Thailand!
