Cosplaying in CentralWorld

Saturday afternoon I went to CentralWorld with Toey and Tim to check out this small anime convention being held there. Tim actually knew somebody who dressed up in cosplay but when we arrived there she wouldn't let him see her. There were quite a handful of people dressed up also, which was kind of cool (although the otaku-ness freaked out Toey). A lot of tables also sold cute laminated bookmarks, postcards, posters and notebooks with manga drawings the sellers drew themselves. There were also two girls dressed up as characters that drew a lot of attention, but they looked pretty cool. One was a samurai with white hair and the other was in a nurse outfit holding a sword. They looked pretty into it. I should've taken pictures but I was lazy. I also bought these cute furry gray cat's ears, big paws, and tail for 700 baht. They threw in a collar with a bell on it too. Anyway, guess I'm all set for Halloween now.
