Here's an interesting article from CNN about how to tell if a girl is interested in you by watching her body language. There's a comment at the bottom by Tom who said that the best way to tell if a girl's interested in you is to talk to another girl in front of her and watch how she reacts. If she's into you she'll probably get jealous and walk over.
